Refund Policy

• Refunds Before Programme Start:

  • If you need to cancel your enrollment, refunds will be granted only if requested before the programme begins.

  • A processing fee may be deducted to cover administrative costs.

• No Refunds After Programme Commencement:

  • Once the coaching program has begun, no refunds will be issued.

  • Coaching is a commitment to your personal and professional growth. The value of the programme is not calculated per session but as a holistic journey toward your desired transformation.

• Commitment to Transformation:

  • Our programmes are designed for those who are ready to take aligned action toward their goals.

  • By enrolling, you acknowledge that results depend on your dedication and active participation.

• Rescheduling & Missed Sessions:

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, notice must be provided as soon as possible. Reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule within the programme timeline.

  • Missed sessions without prior notification will not be refunded or credited.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behaviour on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behaviour from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behaviour from the Client. Holistic Elevation Ltd will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Holistic Elevation Ltd, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.

By purchasing a coaching package, you agree to these terms and understand that coaching is an investment in yourself, requiring full participation and co-operation for optimal results.
